George Foreman Quesadilla Maker
I am an admitted kitchen gadget nut. I like my kitchen gadgets, but I only purchase them if I really truly feel I will use them. For a long time, I thought a quesadilla maker was a luxury item. An item that I never would really use. And apparently I didn't really need, seeing as I'd made it through at least 10 years of marriage and kids without one. However, after I got one, I kicked myself for not having got one years sooner. This little wonder gadget has saved more money that it costs a 1,000 times over! We use it all the time. Tacos are a regular meal in our house, so we almost always have shells. And we throw all sorts of our leftovers into that quesadilla maker. Leftover taco meat quesadillas, leftover fajita quesadillas, any types of lunchmeats and cheese. One of the kid's favorites is a pizza quesadilla. They put cheese and the toppings in the quesadilla then dip it in pizza sauce.
I love this quesadilla maker specifically because of the ease of cleaning. The plates do NOT come off, but they are flat with no groves that food gets stuck in. Just a quick wipe down and it's ready to store back in the cupboard.
